Overview
Colliers Engineering is seeking a proactive, reliable team player to support our Workplace Services department. This hands-on role involves assisting with daily operations and traveling between our three Phoenix offices. If you’re organized, energetic, and ready to make an impact, apply now!
Responsibilities
Facilities maintenance tasks to include, but not limited to:
+ Daily stocking of supplies throughout the entire office, including kitchens, conference rooms and print areas.
+ Light office janitorial tasks.
+ Filling supply orders and processing deliveries.
+ Assistance with packaging of business cards.
+ Light “handyman” type tasks, such as painting, spackling, building shelving, assembling of furniture, hanging TV’s and other items.
+ Assistance in office relocations, both instate and out of state as needed.
+ Assisting mail room duties as needed.
+ Filing and scanning as needed.
+ Assisting Fleet manager as needed (transporting vehicles, paperwork as needed).
+ Daily errands, lunch pick up for meetings, UPS/FedEx drop off etc.
+ Special projects as required.
Qualifications
+ Computer knowledge.
+ Driver’s License, and clean driving record required.
+ Must be a team player & take direction well.
+ Must be a self – starter.
+ This role includes the same daily/weekly tasks without direction.
+ Travel required, both instate and out of state.
+ Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
