Your Role Accountabilities
Point of Contact for any event or meeting taking place in Multipurpose Rooms – communicating / coordinating with the event / meeting organizers, establish the furniture layouts for meetings, catering (if needed), AV support (if needed), housekeeping, request / submit COIs for outside vendors, work with event organizers, etc. This requires specific skills to interact with the Monday.com software scheduling system, the ability to ‘project manage’ the scheduling and use of the space, the ability to communicate with a wide range of vendors (housekeeping, engineering, catering / food services) to secure all the services needed for the events. Additionally, the candidate will need to be skilled in creating and distributing a weekly schedule for events to employees, security and vendors. Finally, there is a physical requirement to set up / breakdown the requested furniture layouts for Multipurpose Room meetings or events.Conference / meeting / huddle / phone room maintenance – reset all items after meetings, including furniture, office supplies, and electronic devices. Notify Housekeeping if janitorial maintenance is needed. Work with Building Engineering for any specific needs. Work Orders System - Respond to submitted work orders system that tracks employees’ requests and needs. This requires the candidate to interact with the software tool, Planon. This person will be responsible for monitoring, responding, and supporting the Office Services Coordinator with requests sent to the Alias Facility Mailroom Email. The candidate will assist in daily walkthroughs of the Facility to identify and report areas in need of repair or cleaning to Facility Manager, Engineering, Housekeeping teams. Assist Facility Manager with facilitating office moves, provide moving boxes, office keys, nameplates, etc. Perform general labor as assigned, including loading, unloading, moving materials; replace posters; rearrange / move office furniture, etc.General Duties & Responsibilities: Organize & Maintain the Facility Storage Rooms; Assist & Cover the Office Services Coordinator – requiring knowledge of the software system Send & Track; Support (when needed) WBD Corporate events; member of the WBD Safety Team (fire drills, evacuation procedures, general emergencies).Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 – 5 years supporting facility operations or comparable industry-wide range of areas from Mailroom to Facility Operations. Knowledge and experience using a range of software tools and systems (Send & Track, Monday.com, Planon, Ariba, etc.) as well as strong written and project management skills.Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.Strong Communication (written and/or verbal) skillsComputer / Data Skills – Microsoft Office; navigate various Apps, Adobe, Ariba, Planon, Monday.com, Send & TrackStrong Interpersonal SkillsAbility to Operate Office Equipment (Copiers, Printers, etc.)Must have reliable transportationMust be able to work a full-time schedule, Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pmMust be able to lift at least 75lbs (moving furniture)How We Get Things Done…

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $56,012.00 - $104,023.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
