You might start your morning reviewing a facilities maintenance schedule or coordinating a technology upgrade with our IT partners. By mid-day, you could be conducting a site visit at one of our camp properties to assess safety compliance or troubleshoot a network issue impacting remote staff. You'll collaborate with departments to align infrastructure needs with organizational goals, manage vendor relationships, and ensure our systems and spaces are safe, secure, and efficient. Whether you're leading a capital improvement project or supporting a council-wide event with technical logistics, your work ensures that Girl Scouts of Utah can deliver on its mission effectively—every single day. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, IT, business administration, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. At least 5 years of experience managing facilities and IT infrastructure, preferably in a multi-site or non-profit environment. Demonstrated experience with vendor and contract management, including capital projects. Strong computer proficiency including but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite, customer management systems (Salesforce experience preferred), and social media. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, networking systems, and cybersecurity practices. Working knowledge of OSHA, building and fire codes, MSDS, and other regulatory standards. Understanding of ACA guidelines preferred. Knowledge of local permitting and compliance processes. Demonstrated ability to navigate and manage difficult conversations with professionalism, empathy, and effective communication skills.
