Facilities and Concierge Coordinator

We're seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional to manage our facilities operations and deliver exceptional client experiences. In this autonomous role, you'll have the unique opportunity to work on-site while reporting directly to an overseas line manager, allowing you to showcase your independence and leadership skills.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive communication

Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing queries and concerns promptly

Collaborate with clients, staff, and vendors to ensure seamless operations

Oversee contractors, inspect their work, and ensure compliance with standards Negotiate contracts, manage vendors, and maintain accurate records

Handle timely renewal of maintenance contracts

Assist with vendor registration, modification, and purchase order management Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety guidelines

Conduct regular site inspections and implement cost-saving initiatives

Coordinate hard and soft FM services (MEP, cleaning, pest control, etc.)

Provide operational updates and management reports
 

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills and ability to deliver exceptional client experiences

Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities

Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude

Experience in facilities management or related field (preferred)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities''
