Facilities and Administration Officer (6 Month Contract)

What You’ll Do:
Join our team to help ensure our facilities run smoothly and efficiently! As a Facilities and Administration Officer (6-month contract), you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our buildings and grounds. You’ll assist with space planning, vendor coordination, routine inspections, and help keep our workplace safe and functional.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the use and upkeep of office facilitiesSupport space planning and recommend improvementsHelp coordinate with vendors and service providersNotify employees during emergencies or closuresConduct routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks
 

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)1+ year of relevant experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable using computers and office software
