About this opportunity:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced engineer to join our Facilities Management team to provide a high level of administrative support and service to managers, unit leadership teams and, when applicable, unit members.
Working on-site at the ESS/SJC Site - São José dos Campos
What you will do:
Support with the use of Ericsson administrative tools and other general tools (EGMS, EriDoc, Sharepoint, SAP, etc.)Assist in the preparation of the PMOC (Maintenance, Operation and Control Plan), procedures, performance indicators, material purchase control and management of suppliers and service providersCreation and updating of documentation to support auditsAssist in the Action Plan activities for Blue Risk and ISO auditsAssist in the implementation of layout improvement projects focusing on new 5G product lines, Industry 4.0Assist in CO2 emission reduction activities focusing on LEED certificationProcess digitization and Dashboard – Facilities/SJC (Power BI).
The skills you bring:
Knowledge of Project Management tools (DMAIC/Lean/SixSigma/PDCA etc.)Practical approach with a proactive and self-directed attitudeCommitment to self-development and continuous learningStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teamsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fieldSolid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to the utilities areaKnowledge of CAD/DraftSight softwareKnowledge of Power BI and administration toolsKnowledge of Maintenance Management Software is desirableIntermediate/advanced level of EnglishExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailProject management and execution skills.Why join Ericsson?
