At JLL, we're looking for a detail-oriented Facilities Admin to join our team where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our work environments operate smoothly and efficiently. As our Corrigo (CMMS Platform) champion, you'll manage system operations while providing crucial administrative support across multiple areas. We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and in this role, you'll help maintain the systems and processes that enable our teams to perform at their best. You'll collaborate with colleagues locally and across the globe, embodying our culture of collaboration while delivering exceptional facilities support that enhances our workplace environment and client service delivery.

What your day-to-day will look like:Champion the Corrigo CMMS platform - set up new user accounts, monitor system status, produce reports, and arrange training for staffCompile and analyze monthly analytics from Corrigo data for dashboards and reportsDraft and distribute circulars and electronic direct mailers (EDMs) to relevant stakeholdersManage helpdesk inquiries and email feedback, resolving issues promptly or escalating as neededCoordinate account management for clients, including setup for new estates and termination for departing staffTake detailed minutes for monthly operations meetings and other sessions as requiredArrange and coordinate vendor Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), ensuring completion and proper reporting to clientsRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred2+ years of experience in administrative or facilities management rolesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills for reporting and analyticsExperience with CMMS platforms (Corrigo experience highly valued)Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentation and reportingPreferred Qualifications:Associate's degree or technical certification in Business Administration or Facilities ManagementPrevious experience coordinating vendor performance reviews or QBRsExperience maintaining team leave trackers and administrative recordsFamiliarity with memo preparation for item returns and reinstatement depositsExperience in commercial real estate or property management environmentsDemonstrated ability to learn and master new software platforms quicklyStrong customer service orientation with experience handling client inquiries
