Ideal: 20+ years of related experience in U.S. Government acquisition experience, with BS (or equivalent experience) + Experience with land and building site profiles to provide detailed data for decision matrices to enable site selection + Experience performing site selection and acquiring land for construction projects + Preferred: Experience supporting FAA and knowledge of USG land acquisition processes and procedures **Construction:** + Min: 20+ years of related experience, with BS in engineering or construction (or equivalent experience). Ideal: 30+ years of related experience, with BS in engineering or construction (or equivalent experience) + Experience leading design and/or build for complex billion-dollar construction projects + Preferred: Experience supporting FAA and knowledge of USG requirements processes and procedures **Commissioning:** + Min: 10+ years of related experience, with BS in a technical field (or equivalent experience) and accreditation with a leading commissioning certification.
