Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Facilities Maintenance Operative for a client based in Cardiff city centre on a temporary assignment to provide support over their busy period.

Location: Cardiff City Centre
Hours of work: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Pay: £14 per hour

Undertaking general maintenance work within student accommodation ensuring the work is completed to a high standard. Your duties will include but not limited to: -Painting accommodation/ reception roomsFixing and assembling any new furnitureEnsure the accommodation is well maintained, clean, tidy and hazard free.

Skills and experience required: -Relevant experience in providing building services repair and maintenance.Good communicatorA good team playerPositive attitude and ability to work with little supervision.
