Facilites Coordinator

Our client, a nonprofit organization, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator / Manager to join their team. As a Facilities Coordinator / Manager, you will be part of the operations team supporting the organization’s mission. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Coordinator / Manager

Location: Evanston, IL

Pay Range: $25–$27 per hour

Shift: Monday – Thursday, 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM (30 hours/week)

What's the Job?

Execute room arrangements based on executive plans, including furniture layout and technology setup. Assist with the setup, presentation, and cleanup of catered events and meetings. Ensure all rooms across four floors are clean, stocked, and organized to the highest standards. Perform small but critical tasks with precision—such as restocking supplies, tidying common areas, and maintaining presentation standards. Provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere for staff, guests, and visitors.

What's Needed?

Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior experience in facilities coordination, hospitality, or guest services preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow executive instructions precisely. Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, moving furniture, and cleaning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
