Quanex is looking for a Facilitator Machine Operator – 1st Shift to join our team located in Trumann, Arkansas.

We are seeking a skilled facilitator to ensure proper flow of work through the manufacturing cell on a daily basis.

 What Success Looks Like:

Fill out the daily cell schedule board for unit throughput each day. Instruct the operators of their job assignments for each day. Ensure that the daily schedules are met. Comply with all the Safety requirements established for the assigned area Post appropriate visuals on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Post customer service performance sheet on the cell information board each day. Post appropriate information relating to the requirements of the schedule board. Ensure that work order requirements and quality standards for the products in the cell are achieved. Inspect all product, and the accompanying Quality Sheet, ensure that quality standards have been met, and sign off on Quality Sheet. Assist in training cell team Follow all plant safety rules and regulations; meet attendance and punctuality requirements

Use, shear, saws, die punching, bending, and forming, and  hand power tools

Use of computer reports, order forms, records, and other comparable data

Your Credentials:

6-12 months of related experience. Ability to read, write and perform basic math

The hourly wage for this position is : $18.50 to $22.08 per hour
