Together, we're improving everyday life. **Job Title** **: System Analyst** **Location** **:** **Remote** **Job ID** **: SO# 00064395692** **Job Description Summary:** As a FACETS Configuration Senior Associate at Cognizant, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining various FACETS modules, including benefits, provider contracts, and pricing structures, often utilizing tools like NetworX. This involves implementing changes to support new products and agreements while ensuring configurations meet business needs and regulatory standards. You will use SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting, and conduct testing to ensure accurate claims processing, collaborating with QA teams. Maintaining documentation is also a key part of the role. Collaboration with various teams is essential for gathering requirements and implementing solutions. For a System Analyst role, additional responsibilities may include serving as a subject matter expert, guiding junior team members, and leading configuration projects. **Key Responsibilities:** · Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and understand the requirements through excellent listening and effective written and verbal communication · Self-driven, innovative, motivated, well-organized, willingness to work on an onsite/offshore model and ability to work in remote setting. + Configure and maintain FACETS modules, including benefits, provider contracts, and pricing, using NetworX. + Builds the provider reimbursement configuration set-up, Benefit package configuration setup, Group/member premium configuration set-up, and maintenance. + Implement changes to support new products and agreements, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory standards. + Performs the data mining and requirement analysis working with multiple business teams to configure NetworX Qualifier Groups, Pricing configurations that automate Claims processing and reduce the total turnaround time for claims processing. + Serves as subject matter expert regarding reimbursement policies, edits, and coding conventions. + Works with vendors and enterprise teams to develop enterprise reimbursement policies and edits, ensuring policies and edits do not conflict with Federal and state mandates. + Conducts unit testing of planned configuration modifications prior to User Acceptance Testing and auditing and collaborate with QA teams. + Utilize SQL for data analysis and reporting. + Document configuration changes. + Work with cross-functional teams on requirements and solutions. · Postproduction Support + For Senior Associates: Serve as a subject matter expert and potentially lead projects. **Required Experience & Skills:** · Strong healthcare domain knowledge (Healthcare Terminology) · Good understanding of the Facets Data Model. · Expertise in FACETS configuration, particularly benefits, provider pricing, workflow and NetworX. o Facets (Networx, Benefits, and Hierarchy), NetworX Modeler, and SQL Server. PL/SQL, ANSI SQL ,Pharmacy Benefit Management, Payer Facets, Facets - Workflow o Domain Skills-, Payer, Technical Skills- ,Facets - Accumulators, Facets - Benefit Configuration Domain Skills- Claims, Billing · Knowledge of healthcare claims processing and regulations. · Familiar with the Core Facets batch job’s and EDI transactions (834 and 837). · Good understanding and working experience in Member Enrollment, Claims Processing, and Stars Measures. + Strong knowledge & Proficiency in SQL. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Effective collaboration and communication abilities. + Ability to work independently. + Experience in an Agile environment is a plus. + For Senior Associate: Experience leading and mentoring others. **Salary and Other Compensation:** Applicants will be accepted till 6/25/2025 The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $93K-$109K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
