Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

We’re looking for a motivated Fabrication/Yard Worker to join our team in Indianapolis. If you have recent machinery or mechanical experience and are eager to learn, this is a great chance to start a long-term career in industrial fabrication. No prior pipe fabrication experience? That’s okay—we’ll train you on the specifics.

What You’ll Do

Safely move loose or bundled pipe within the shop and yard.

Assemble and organize pipe orders with guidance and training.

Learn to measure, cut, thread, and bevel pipe using band saws, torches, and Landis machines.

Operate forklifts and powered equipment per OSHA and company safety standards.

Follow all safety protocols while fabricating, cutting, assembling, stacking, and shipping pipe.

Perform quality checks using gauges, tape measures, and precision tools.

Assist with machine setup, operation, and maintenance.

What We’re Looking For

6–8 months recent experience with machinery such as band saws, welding machines, plasma cutting, roll groove machines, or pneumatic banders.

Mechanical background (auto mechanics, diesel, farm equipment, or machinery maintenance all apply).

Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.

Strong math skills for product measurement and calculations.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills and safety-focused mindset.

Physically able to sort and shift pipe ranging from ½” to 10”.

Pipe fabrication experience is a plus, but we will provide training.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
