Job Title: Fabrication Welder – Temp-to-Perm
Location: Tampa, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (plenty of overtime available!)
Ready to turn your welding skills into a long-term career? We’re looking for a dependable Fabrication Welder to join a growing team that builds critical pipe systems for the fire sprinkler industry. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with excellent overtime, a steady schedule, and the chance to grow your skillset on specialty fab work.
What You’ll Do:MIG weld outlets, flanges, and specialty fittings onto steel pipe
Measure and fabricate materials with precision using tape measures and job specs
Inspect your work for alignment, seams, end prep, and dimensional accuracy
Keep your welding station clean, organized, and safe to company standards
Enter basic production data and communicate via email
Report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately
What We’re Looking For:3+ years of hands-on MIG welding experience (recent/current)
Confident using a tape measure and working to exact specifications
Basic computer skills (email & data entry)
Strong attendance, reliable work ethic, and positive attitude
Willingness to learn, hustle, and grow with the team

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
