Now, we’re looking for a Second Shift Fabrication Technician to join our Front Royal, Virginia team and grow with us!

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM

• Starting Pay: $25/hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Do:

Set up and maintain fabrication machines in the shop for pipe fabricationAccurately measure, record, and cut random pipe lengthsUse band saws, torches, and Landis machines to thread, bevel, roll, and groove pipeMove single sticks or bundled pipe safely within the yardAssemble pipe orders and keep supplies well-organizedFollow vital safety precautions during fabrication, cutting, stacking, and shippingOperate powered industrial equipment in line with OSHA regulations and Ferguson safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

0–2 years of fabrication experience (preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate!)Strong math skills and ability to calculate product quantitiesExperience operating machinery for cutting and threading pipe (preferred)Focus and results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented attitude and ability to thrive in an inclusive workplace

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
