Victaulic is looking for a Fabrication Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations within our Fabrication and Catalog department in Houston.This is more than just a floor supervisor role—this is an opportunity to make a real impact on how we deliver to our customers and grow our capabilities. If you’re motivated by developing people, solving problems, and driving results, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do: You’ll be responsible for assigning daily tasks, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring that your team hits its production goals. You’ll also support continuous improvement efforts, identify cost savings, and train and coach your team to meet performance expectations. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Direct, coach, and support a team of fabrication operators to meet production targets.Monitor schedules, product flow, and resources to keep operations running smoothly.Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste.Drive compliance with standard work, safety procedures, and quality systems.Address material quality issues by working with internal support teams.Set department goals and contribute to achieving site-wide FEM (Facility Excellence Model) targets.Provide training, feedback, and growth opportunities for your team.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.Lead with integrity—promote a culture of accountability, communication, and teamwork. What You Need to Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems.Strong communication skills and ability to lead diverse teams.Working knowledge of fabrication, welding, and assembly processes.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Physical capability to perform shop-floor duties and lift up to 45 lbs.  Additional Details: This is an on-site role based in Houston, TX.Exposure to welding fumes, noise, and varied temperatures is expected.Overtime may be required depending on production needs.This position is NOT eligible for visa sponsorship.EEO Statement: Victaulic is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EOE/M/F/Vets/Disabled) employer and welcomes all qualified applicants.
