Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the fabrication team Develop and implement fabrication procedures Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Oversee equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Collaborate with engineering and production teams Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed Requirements: Proven experience as a Fabrication Manager in the Transformer Industry Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and equipment Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively Degree in Engineering or related field
