This is your chance to build a career with a leading name in industrial distribution—apply your hands-on skills in a fast-paced, safety-first environment! **Please Note:** This is a **direct send** position. **No interview will be offered.** Upon successful completion of all pre-employment screenings and a passed drug test, a start date will be provided. **1st Shift Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM **Pay Rate:** $ 20.00/HR. **Responsibilities:** + Move loose or bundled pipe within the shop and yard. + Assemble pipe orders (single sticks or bundles) and maintain organized work supplies. + Follow all safety precautions when fabricating, cutting, assembling, stacking, and shipping pipe. + Operate powered industrial equipment in compliance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson procedures. + Set up and maintain machines used for pipe fabrication. + Accurately measure, record, and track random pipe lengths. + Measure and cut pipe using band saws or torches. + Thread and bevel pipe using Landis machines. + Inspect and perform routine maintenance on forklift equipment. **Qualifications / Must Haves:** + 6–8 months of recent machine operation experience such as pipe threaders, band saws, roll groove machines, plasma cutters, automatic welding machines, and pneumatic banders. + Proficient in using tape measures and precision gauges. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet. + Good computer skills for operating automated machinery. + Excellent math and communication skills. + High school diploma or GED ( **required** and must be listed on resume). + Ability to pass a forklift assessment. **Ideal Backgrounds Include:** + Auto mechanics + Diesel/farm equipment + Machinery maintenance + Automotive production lines **Dress Code & Requirements:** + Light industrial/casual wear + Safety-toe shoes required + Background check and education verification required—no exceptions + Must pass drug screen Ready to power up your industrial career?
