Main duties:

Achieve and maintain certification for fire door repair maintenance tasks

To deliver H&S compliance at all times to protect themselves, colleagues and others

To deliver a high standard of work at all times within expected timescales and to expected standards

The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities management, a trade scheme or served experience. 

To communicate all relevant details to the client, planning team or Team leaders in a timely manner

Attending stakeholder meetings to discuss the safe system of work to be implemented assisting in the  development of the scope of works

To comprehend and comply with all company policies and procedures

To carry out any reactive, PPM or project duties when instructed by helpdesk and supervisor.

Ad Hoc Duties but not exclusive to  painting , plastering, and patch repairs 

Identify areas for additional works within and out of the specified contractual requirements and report these promptly to Team leader or line management to discuss possible options

Qualifications:

Time served Joiner.

Fire Door maintenance & Installation qualification  favourable

Building Services qualifications.

IOSH Working Safely certificate

Full clean driving license

Working in a healthcare environment preferable
