I am currently looking for a Fabric Engineer for one of our UK Facilities management companies.

Main Duties
Day to day fabric repairs of building services including fixture and fittings Completion of work record sheets and compliance documentation in accordance with contract SLA's Adhere to company procedures and policies, risk assessments and method statements Providing cover and assisting for other team members Hosting and escorting specialist sub contractors from time to time In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the jobholder is required to carry out such other duties as may be required and as may be assigned by the directors from time to time  What we are looking forFully conversant with fabric repairs and maintenance to the building envelope, fixture, and fittings Having basic knowledge of L8 ACOP Legionella Awareness  Having worked in the industry for a minimum of 2 years Having a basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance  Experience of maintaining the fabric of a building within a commercial environment IOSH working safely Awareness of working in a safe manner with regard to safety of other Minimum of C + G painting and decorating, carpentry/joinery, plumbing or equivalent Open, honest and trustworthy Able to produce work of the highest standard and prepared to learn new skills in order to achieve this Self-motivated Ability to make decisions and use own initiative Able to work independently and as part of a team Can-do attitude Understand the importance of following policy and procedure Please Apply
