Responsibilities and Tasks
• Coordinate with all tool-install contractors to execute equipment hookup for new, conversion, unhooking and relocation tools, to meet high quality standard, dynamic schedule and forecasted budget.
• Coordinate with Fab equipment owner to facilitate utilities release as per planned schedule, and update tool release status timely.
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with Global/F10 EHS requirements, as well as local regulations, risk assessment, safe work procedures and permit to work system.
• Play an active role in safety, as a Tool Install Safety Ambassador to coach contractors, and actively participating in Tool Install Safety Committee and meeting discussion, training and safe work practices.
• Establish regular area walks to identify opportunities for improved safety, cleanliness, housekeeping and efficiency
• Establish regular, working interaction with peers as well as vendor involved in tool installation communicating clearly and respectfully all relevant information
• Keep Supervisor informed regarding progress of assigned work as well as any abnormalities observed in your area
• Demonstrate ability to understand Vendor Model Process (VMP) and Location Specific Package (LSP) drawing and highlighting discrepancies.
• Follow area-specific procedures and documentation such as VMP, LSP and Test Pack sign off by key stakeholders.
• Prioritize work tasks to meet schedule and expectation with minimum guidance from Supervisor.
• Perform tool related utilities and cleanroom systems troubleshooting, and collaborate with multiple FAC disciplines such as Mechanical team for Cleanroom HVAC issues.
• To perform utilities turn-on after installation completion
• To perform test and balancing of Exhaust for manufacturing tools whenever necessary
• To perform measurement of utilities for tool consumption
• Use methods to organize, calculate, and display data accurately for utilities tracking and flowrate measurement
• Perform site activities in accordance to Facilities 12 Disciplines, Cleanroom Protocols and TI General requirements.
• To complete learning items within the stipulated time frame.
• For business process and/or QMS component that one is responsible or accountable for:
a) ensuring the QMS/business process that is effective and conforms to requirements
b) ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs
c) reporting on QMS/business process performance and opportunities for improvement to management
d) ensuring the promotion of internal and external customer focus throughout the organization
e) ensuring the maintenance of the integrity of the QMS/ business process when changes are planned and implemented.
f) ensuring customer requirements are met
Job Requirements / Qualification
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Minimum Diploma or higher education background in Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in facilities engineering or a related field.Proven experience working in front end semiconductor wafer fab environment.Strong project management skills with the ability to determine priorities and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.A proactive and ambitious approach to problem-solving.Meticulously attention to detail and an unwavering dedication to delivering flawless results.Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Office and Power Point.Advantage if proficient in automation and programming skills.About Micron Technology, Inc.
