We’re looking for an **Assembly & Test Technician** to help us ensure our equipment meets the highest standards before it heads out the door. **Assembly & Test Technician – Join Our Team!** **Pay: $21/hour** **Location: On-site | Shifts: 1st (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Mon–Fri) or 2nd (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Mon–Fri or Tues–Sat)** **️ What You’ll Do:** + Run standard tests on a variety of equipment + Record and analyze test results to spot any issues + Work closely with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot and improve + Maintain and calibrate testing tools and systems + Help develop new testing procedures **What You Bring:** + High school diploma or GED + 1–2 years of strong assembly experience (testing experience is a big plus!) + Comfortable using tools like calipers, micrometers (inside/outside), bore gauges, and torque wrenches + Familiar with mechanical systems and standard testing practices **Perks & Bonuses:** + **Subco Bonus Program** : Earn up to **$3,000** for perfect attendance at 14, 60, and 90 days! + A supportive team and opportunities to grow your skills **⚠️ Important:** This position involves access to equipment and information regulated by **ITAR/EAR** , so candidates must meet **U.S. Person** requirements (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, etc.). **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
