As the Associate Director, F135 Initial Procurement & Capability Contracts Program Manager Contracts, you will lead a team of skilled professionals to meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements, ensuring F135 Sustainment operational and depot readiness. You will mentor program managers to address contract performance risks, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving internal business goals.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Collaborate with the Integrated Program Management Team to fulfill F135 Sustainment contracts cost, schedule, and technical contract obligations.
+ Partner with the Business Acquisition Team to develop and implement both short and long-term strategies for F135 Sustainment contracts supporting F135 Propulsion System Requirements.
+ Lead and coach the Program Management Team in developing and executing the Program Financial Plan, including Inventory and Contract Funding Management.
+ Lead internal and external stakeholder “what-if” studies related to contract execution, future requirements, and budget development for F135 Sustainment Contracts
+ Foster cross-functional communications within the Program Team to identify, assess, and resolve any conflicts with program requirements, including comprehensive risk management and mitigation.
+ Travel as necessary for business engagements.
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ A Bachelor's degree is required.
+ A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience (in one or more of the following areas: program management, leadership operations/production, integrated product team lead, etc.) required.
+ At least 7 years of program or project management experience leading or supporting development, production, or sustainment programs.
+ At least 8 years of experience leading cross-functional teams, including but not limited to any combination of the following: Business Development, Engineering, Contracts, Quality Management, Finance, and/or administrative functions.
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite resources.
+ Proven success in creating and maintaining strong executive-level relationships with suppliers, customers, government representatives, primes, and internal peers.
+ Experience working directly with government customers on large/complex programs.
+ Experience developing and implementing execution, coordination, and growth strategies for franchise programs.
+ Experience overseeing and monitoring supplier performance; developing preventive and corrective actions as necessary.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
For onsite roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
