As F11 Facilities Process System Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing CCR, power, and HVAC system operations at Taoyuan site to ensure continuous and reliable facility operations; meanwhile, manage the overall shift operation of all CCR, power, and HVAC systems in Taiwan Taoyuan site. You provide strategic and tactical leadership, and technical guidance to provide reliable, sustainable, and competitive facilities operation system for fab production and business success.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate CCR, power, and HVAC system operations to ensure continuous and reliable facility performance.

Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and act as the Site Process Steward (SPS).

Supervise SCADA and SPC monitoring systems, conduct routine inspections, and address on-site anomalies.

Ensure compliance with RBA & ISO standards and local regulatory requirements.

Lead the General Affairs team, providing daily administrative and facility support for employee well-being.

Direct the Living Team in delivering outstanding food, housing, and transportation services.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related fields (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Automation, Civil, Architecture, Interior Design).

Experience in semiconductor facility operations or facility service management.

Strong background in electromechanical systems and civil engineering for industrial facilities.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Proven leadership potential, multitasking abilities, and decision-making skills with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with TPM and 7 Habits principles.

Strong dedication to safety first and quality excellence.

Emphasizing adherence to standard operating procedures and readiness for audits.

Team-oriented, collaborative, and altruistic attitude.

Curious, optimistic, upbeat, proactive, and disciplined approach.
