A Food and Drink Operations Manager is responsible for assisting with managing operations of all Food and Drink outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines. 

Food and Drink Operations Manager reports to hotel's Food and Drink Manager.


What will I be doing?

As a Food and Drink Operations Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with managing operations of all Food and Drink outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Food and Drink Operations Manager will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Oversee operations of Food and Beverage outletsMaintain exceptional levels of customer serviceManage, train, and develop the teamAssist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibilityManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerWork within budgeted guidelinesAssist in setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and proceduresDevelop menus with other members of Food and Beverage teamAccountable for monthly stock takesIncentivise team members to maximize sales and revenueDeputise for the Food and Beverage manager in their absenceComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislationAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Minimum 2 years of Food and Beverage Management or Supervisory experienceTurkish as a native language and solid English skills Knowledge of Financial SystemsFlexibility to respond to a range of work situationsCommitted to delivering high levels of customer servicePositive attitudeGood communication skillsFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situationsHilton Hotels work experience is an advantage
