Our new goal is to find the right candidates to be part of this amazing project to help us during the evolution to become a modern, stylish and innovative 12-storey hotel. The hotel is about to undergo a very unique project resulting in a dual branding stylish and modern hotel with a combination of 3* and 4* product.

Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW

Department: Food & Beverage

Salary: £14.00/hr

Providing a warm welcome to guests and taking hot beverage orders and snacks will be at the heart of what you do. You will use your excellent customer service skills to give guests an experience that they are sure to remember! This is a full-time position (weekend included)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcoming the guests to our new F&B outlets & providing efficient, friendly, and professional serviceConveying the hotel's image through his/her attitude, professionalism and excellent grooming standardsCommunicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guestsPreparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and coffeesGood knowledge of our productsTake responsibility for your designated section and stationEnsuring that the F&B area remains well stocked at all timesReceiving and processing customers’ paymentsMaking sure ingredient labels are visible in all stationsMaintaining hygienic food service techniques during serviceCleaning and sanitizing tablesTaking a positive problem-solving approach to guest problems and concernsActively selling and promoting hotel facilities and services
