**POSITION SUMMARY**
**Food and Beverage Supervisor (EDR)**
Working supervisory position responsible for supervising and ensuring staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. Assist management in training, scheduling, motivating and coaching employees, to ensure optimum performance, achieve the highest level of guest engagement and maximum profitability and serve as a role model for employees.
The ideal candidate must have:
• Hospitality Graduate or Certified Service Professional preferred
• Minimum 3+ year’s previous food and beverage experience required, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written in English
• Strong organizational skills required, must be detailed oriented
• Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls.
• Demonstrate Advanced Knowledge of Food & Beverage, Wines, Spirits, Allergies
• Certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food service, certification in alcohol awareness program and C.P.R is desirable
• Experience with working with POS system. Oracle Hospitality Simphony desirable
• Excellent guest service skills and flexible schedule
• Be willing to work inside and outside under various weather conditions
• Be able to work flexible hours, on weekends and holidays
• Flexible work schedule
