Assist management in training, scheduling, motivating and coaching employees, to ensure optimum performance, achieve the highest level of guest engagement and maximum profitability and serve as a role model for employees. The ideal candidate must have: • Hospitality Graduate or Certified Service Professional preferred • Minimum 3+ year’s previous food and beverage experience required, preferably in a supervisory role. • Excellent communication, verbal and written in English • Strong organizational skills required, must be detailed oriented • Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls. • Demonstrate Advanced Knowledge of Food & Beverage, Wines, Spirits, Allergies • Certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food service, certification in alcohol awareness program and C.P.R is desirable • Experience with working with POS system. Oracle Hospitality Simphony desirable • Excellent guest service skills and flexible schedule • Be willing to work inside and outside under various weather conditions • Be able to work flexible hours, on weekends and holidays • Flexible work schedule We are seeking a lady or gentlemen with the ability to provide the finest guest dining experience.
