Operational Support
1. Assist in the setup and breakdown of service areas, including restaurants, bars, and banquet spaces.
2. Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
3. Handle cash, process payments, and manage billing accurately.
Guest Experience
1. Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive and solution-focused attitude.
2. Build rapport with guests to create personalized experiences and encourage repeat visits.
Hygiene and Safety
1. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards as per hotel and local health regulations.
2. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly.
Teamwork
1. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
2. Support other team members during busy periods or special events.
