Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for the cleanliness of all equipment that goes beyond the normal daily cleaning operations to ensure the highest standards are achieved. You will report to the Executive Steward.

Primary Tasks:

You will deep clean commercial kitchens and equipment including fryers, flat tops, grills, ranges, and ovens.Move equipment and furniture to sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners.Deep clean and disinfect walls sinks, countertops, floors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, and microwaves.Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

Obtain SERV Safe CertificationBasic knowledge in the use of housekeeping/cleaning equipment and knowledge of chemicals as it relates to MSDSUnderstand government public health and, or safety regulationsExperience using a computer.
