A Food and Beverage Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing initiatives for Conrad Dubai, to drive incremental hotel revenue in line with marketing budget. \nWhat will I be doing?
\n\nGeneral Marketing: Develops each hotel’s Marketing Plan and Budget, and owns, manages and executes tactical campaigns to drive incremental revenues in line with budget. Works closely with DBD, GM, FC and Regional Marketing providing regular campaign performance updates.\nLiaises with other departments to identify need for opportunities and provide support where necessary to achieve revenue targets.\\Ensures that all promotional activities are executed across all distribution channels, partnerships are leveraged effectively, and each campaign generates the required rate of return. \nDevelops relationships with new and existing partners and other key external stakeholders to enhance each hotel’s positioning and create commercial opportunity and brand awareness through, joint events, marketing co-operations, sponsorships etc. E-Commerce/E- Marketing: \nEnsures that the Hilton brand websites are regularly updated, feature tactical promotions and showcase each hotel in an optimal manner resulting in high conversion rates. \nEnsures 3rd party website content is accurate, up to date and reflects the 5 star image of both hotels. Initiates and manages each hotels’ email marketing activities, liaising with HeBs in ref to Content Centre to ensure hotel e-marketing complies with Hilton legal standards.\nAdvertising & Promotions: Liaises with Regional Marketing re joint marketing or promotional opportunities. \nEnsures up to date information is suitably presented concerning F&B activities, promotions and up to date information for prospective buyers. \nDevelops, maintains and grows hotel databases to promote rooms, meetings, F&B and Spa offers through targeted campaigns.\nEnsures that hotel complies with all agreed central and regional marketing activities/products through a program of internal audits and reviews.\nIn-house Marketing / Collateral: Is the brand guardian on property. Develops all hotel marketing and promotional collateral according to Hilton’s corporate identity guidelines. Liaises with suppliers and agents for creative collateral design and print ensuring production quality and deadlines are met.\nActively supports DBD and in-house merchandising champions, liaising with relevant HODs to ensure merchandising opportunities are maximized. Keeps management aware of merchandising opportunities across the organization. \nMaintains and develops photographic library to agreed standards (together with PR Manager). Regularly audits all departments in ensuring hotel specific and company brand standards are adhered to.\nWhat are we looking for?
