Salary: £25,000 to 30,000 a year

To provide exceptional communication to our teams and exceptional experiences for our guests through the coordination and communication of UK&I F&B initiatives.

Position Summary

\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to play an instrumental role in the delivery of high profile F&B projects across the UK&I.\nReporting to the F&B Operations Manager UK&I, it is a hybrid role (working 2 to 3 day at our corporate office in Watford) with a requirement to travel across the UK&I to hotels as required. All travel expenses are covered.\nSupporting the F&B Operations Manager UK&I with the execution of F&B menu development across Taste Republic (All Day Dining menu), OXBO (All Day Dining menu), Banquet Royale (Events), Breakout (Small Meetings) and Fresh Start (Breakfast).\nSupporting the F&B Operations Manager to deliver best in class operational procedures\nExecution of F&B marketing programmes that resonate with our identified target market (Including implementing EMEA initiatives appropriate to the UK market)\nCoordination and updating of UK&I F&B communications platforms: Whatsapp, Email, Webexes, KitchenCut, Sharepoint.\nEnsure food and beverage programmes are market leading to provide a compelling and relevant offer for our guests\nSupporting communication to hotel teams on latest initiatives\nEnsure initiatives are commercially focused and drive profitability\n\n

What will I be doing?

\n\nSupporting the UK&I F&B Operations Manager and team to deliver the UK&I F&B strategy\nProviding administrative assistance to department executives, including diary management, scheduling, travel arrangements, drafts of correspondence, taking phone calls, preparing expense reports and assisting with emails, tasks and contacts\nTaking notes for departmental meetings, workshops, business meetings\nCreating and developing visual presentations for Executive Meetings, GM’s meeting/briefings, etc.\nSupporting all stakeholders on key projects\nMaintaining deadlines and assuring stakeholder involvement at the right time\nResearching and responding to information requests from management\nMaintaining department correspondence and files\nMaintaining the yearly F&B marketing calendar\nKeeping critical paths up to date for key projects\nManaging monthly content visits with social media support agency\nReviewing relevant trends\nRaising and processing invoices\n\n

What are we looking for?

\n

We are looking for someone with proven experience in F&B.

\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and/or experience;

\n\nEducated to degree level, ideally within a hospitality discipline or with relevant experience\nPassionate about all things food & beverage, with a broader interest in current industry trends.\nExceptional time management and organisational skills.\nProficient with MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.\nDesign skills including use of Photoshop\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.\n\n
