A F&B Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting and assisting the F&B DIRECTOR and MANAGERS in administrative and bureaucratic activities.
What will I be doing?
As the F&B Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the F&B DIRECTOR and MANAGERS in administrative and bureaucratic activities. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Quality Control in F&B Programs - If necessary, direct interaction with team members / HODsPreparation and control of internal and external e-mailsResponsible for the control and processing of Purchase request / CAPEXControl and execution of operational checklist (Tips, commissions & PAYROLL)Acknowledgment letter elaboration for the Team MembersOrganization of internal eventsPreparation of internal and external documentsKnow and promote the restaurants outletsRequest proposed vendorsAttend operational meeting (once a month)Maintain inventory of office supplies and prepare monthly requisitionsAssist the trainings that are required for their own training and pass on to colleagues their knowledge and experience to help them improve their workParticipation in the Blue Energy CommitteeA F&B Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting and assisting the F&B DIRECTOR and MANAGERS in administrative and bureaucratic activities.
