F&A Senior Officer Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive professional to handle customer invoice disputes, validate billing data using tools like DWH and Excel (Power Query), and process adjustments via PAT and RADIUM applications for reseller & Billing center customers. The role involves collaborating with resellers, generating reports, and supporting continuous improvement. Strong communication, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills are key.

Shift Timings: 6 PM to 3 AM IST
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve customer invoice disputes received via Salesforce, email, and the Customer Resolution Portal, following documented DLPs/SOWsValidate and verify billing, tracking, and invoice data using tools such as DWH, DBT, DIR, and Microsoft AccessClean and transform data in Excel using advanced functions, including Power QueryReview and approve billing adjustments submitted through the PAT and RADIUM toolsCollaborate with resellers (e.g., UNISHIPPER, WWEX, INEXPRESS) to resolve dispute cases efficientlyPerform additional tasks assigned by management, ensuring flexibility and responsivenessGenerate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support process visibility and continuous improvementSkill Requirements:
