Boeing Aerospace OperationsBoeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Quality Assurance Representative to support F-22 modification efforts at Hickam AFB, HI. The individual will work closely with the F-22 Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution and delivery of Quality products and services.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance.Performs inspections on aircraft for modification activities on the F-22 platformMaintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established proceduresCollects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problemsPerforms internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirementsDocuments audit results in standard formatsWorks under general supervisionThis position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in aircraft modifications5+ years fighter aircraft experience3+ years of Quality Assurance Inspector experience (CDI, CDQAR, QAR)Willing to work variable shifts (shift 1, 2, or 3)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
