**Description**
**Major Job Activities**
Key Responsibilities:
+ 30% - Train, advise, assist, and integrate IqAF E&E technicians in inspection, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
+ 20% - Maintain aircraft electrical systems including power generation, distribution, and lighting.
+ 20% - Repair and test environmental systems such as air conditioning, pressurization, and oxygen supply.
+ 10% - Perform maintenance on emergency systems including fire detection, fire extinguishing, and canopy systems.
+ 10% - Interpret and train use of technical publications, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
+ 10% - Document all maintenance actions and recommend improvements to increase safety and reliability.
**Material & Equipment Directly Used**
Electrical diagnostic tools, multimeters, air conditioning test kits, pressure gauges, oxygen system service equipment, technical manuals, Microsoft Office.
**Working Environment**
Flightline and maintenance hangar environment in a deployed setting. Exposure to electrical systems and aircraft operational areas.
**Physical Activities**
Climbing, standing, kneeling, and lifting; working in confined spaces and with energized systems. Capable of deployment to austere environments.
**Qualifications**
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical training in aircraft electrical/environmental systems preferred.
Certifications: USAF 7-skill level (Craftsman) in E&E Systems
Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience maintaining F-16 E&E systems. International maintenance support experience preferred.
Other Requirements: U.S. Citizenship; eligible for Secret clearance; globally deployable, including to Middle East countries.
Skills and Technology Used: Electrical test and repair equipment, environmental control tools, technical publications, Microsoft Office.
