Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an F-15 Senior Operations Program Analyst to join the F-15 Manufacturing Integration team in Berkeley, MO!
The F-15 Senior Operations Program Analyst will utilize project management skills and principles to develop, plan, lead and direct projects including feasibility, constraints, processes, schedule, cost and risks for the F-15 program. Staffing integration and factory transformation activities will be additional aspects of this role.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads the planning and execution of projectsCommunicates across the enterprise with internal/external stakeholders to ensure products and services meet requirementsDevelops advanced manufacturing technology and guides its implementation into productionProvides high level analysis of product development initiatives for manufacturing, program and support organizationsOversees program planning requests for the development of new and derivative productsDevelops strategic plans for realigning work statement to support production requirements and meet company goalsDevelops and evaluates new methods and toolsMentors and coaches othersWorks independentlyBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years’ experience with Lean principals and experience with process optimization methodologies5+ years’ experience developing and analyzing large quantities of data using Excel5+ years’ experience observing, collecting, and analyzing data in a manufacturing environmentProficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) with the ability to compile and present reports of a technical natureStrong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and present to cross-functional partners, including senior and/or executive leadershipPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higherExperience on the F-15 programExperience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in defining and monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvementDrug Free Workplace:

Summary pay range: $119,850 – $162,150
