Raytheon Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) is seeking a Radar Hardware Engineer to support flight testing for the F-15 APG-82 radar at Eglin AFB, FL. The F-15 Flight Test Radar Hardware Lead is responsible for planning and execution of APG-82 radar flight test activities including test planning, coordination, mission execution, data capture, and data analysis. The Radar Hardware Lead is also charged with leading the Eglin AFB team in troubleshooting technical problems and developing solutions with the El Segundo team to meet product and customer specifications. The Radar Hardware Lead must operate daily with minimal supervision to ensure planning, coordination, Raytheon systems, and support activities are ready to meet all local and deployed test mission requirements.
**What You Will Do**
+ Plan and coordinate F-15 radar flight tests
+ Support F-15 radar flight test mission execution and data collection from the mission control room
+ Capture and analyze flight test data
+ Troubleshoot technical problems and develop solutions in coordination with El Segundo based team and the USAF maintenance team
+ Perform work in classified and SAP environments
+ Travel up to 20% to support flight test deployments or technical interchange meetings. Typical travel sites include Nellis AFB, NV; El Segundo, CA; St. Louis, MO; and Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience.
+ Experience with fire control radar hardware
+ Experience with flight test
+ Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ Experience in a flight test mission control room
+ Experience with fire control radar design, assembly, integration, and test
+ Experience with APG-82 radar system
+ Experience working classified and SAP programs

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
