Job Description:

Location: Naugatuck, Connecticut

We are actively seeking Eyelet Machine Operators who will be responsible for operating and maintaining assigned machines in accordance with supervisor instructions. This position ensures efficient machine performance, product quality, and adherence to safety and company standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor assigned eyelet machines to ensure proper functioning.
Report any equipment malfunctions or irregularities to the supervisor promptly.
Remove finished products from machines and prepare them for the next production stage.
Add oils, medias, and materials to machines as directed.
Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Perform routine housekeeping duties to keep the work area clean and safe.
Carry out other related tasks as assigned by supervision.

Desired Background/Skills:

Strong oral communication skills.
Legible handwriting for production and maintenance records.
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues.
Ability to use basic measurement devices (calipers, rulers, gauges, etc.).
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
6 Months Machine Operator experience.

1st Shift: Monday – Thursday 5:45am-4:15pm
Wolcott, CT and surrounding areas.
