EY-Parthenon - Strategy - Consultant to Manager

Your key responsibilities:

Play an active role in a very dynamic team, supporting clients across various industries with top-management level issues, including:

Developing corporate and growth strategies  Defining the organization’s purposes and strategic objectives  Developing go-to-market strategies and approaches Creating customized strategies and translating into the action plans. Portfolio management and capital allocation Support the leadership team in business development activities including the development of discussion documents, proposals, and thought leadership. Participate actively in the building of EY-Parthenon and broader Strategy and Transactions Practice.

Qualifications: 

A Bachelor's degree. An advanced degree, such as a Master’s degree and an MBA, is preferred.  Solid experience minimum 2 years in corporate strategy, financial analysis, business modeling, M&A, or experience in a strategy consulting firm and/or in a corporate strategy department Strong understanding of business dynamics and operational issues across various industries. Strong quantitative skills in data analysis, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.  Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.  Excellent ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
