**The opportunity**
Within EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution sub service line, the Supply Chain practice works on the most complex and high-profile global transactions and supply chain transformations. We are a group of experienced strategy and transaction professionals with a background in supply chain and operations who work across a broad portfolio of clients and industry sectors. As such, we bring a wealth of deep sector and supply chain functional knowledge to our clients in the context of complex transactions and transformations.
**Your key responsibilities**
As a Director with EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Supply Chain practice, you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most innovative supply chain organizations in the world, and you'll work across the entire transaction lifecycle (pre-sign diligence, sign-to-close planning, post-close execution, etc.) of the most complex integrations (M&A) and divestitures. Moreover, you'll have the opportunity to help our clients solve complex supply chain problems, developing innovative solutions that transform the supply chain, improving performance and resiliency across the plan, source, make, deliver/return functions of the supply chain.

**To qualify for the role, you must have**
+ A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or related field and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience.
+ MBA is preferred.
+ Significant management consulting experience.
+ Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning / inventory, and/or logistics to optimize supply chain performance and drive strategic initiatives.
+ Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
+ Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
+ Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
+ The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
+ Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally.
+ The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
**Ideally, you’ll also have**
+ Knowledge of how to leverage AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

+ We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $205,000 to $235,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
