As our Consultant, Delivery and Project Advisory, based in Sydney, you’ll join Real Estate Transactions and Delivery team where you will have the opportunity to work across multiple industry sectors, as well as across functions within the EY Parthenon network.

Your key responsibilities
Assist in providing Project Management services, focusing on strategy, risk management, governance, design coordination, authority approvals, stakeholder engagement, and procurement processes to ensure successful project delivery. Support leadership and project management efforts for a diverse range of clients, including government, institutional, and private sector entities, helping them achieve their property and development goals. Contribute to projects across various sectors such as education, health, retirement living, commercial, and social housing. Participate in significant capital projects, including new constructions, major refurbishments, and infrastructure upgrades. This includes helping to prepare procurement strategies, providing constructability insights, and assisting in project planning and risk management. Gain exposure to innovative housing models, including Build to Rent and Social and Affordable Housing initiatives. Explore and utilise new real estate and project management technology applications to enhance project delivery and client outcomes. Collaborate with other EY teams to support the execution of strategically important projects, fostering a team-oriented approach. Experience the full project lifecycle, engaging in projects that offer unique opportunities beyond traditional project management roles.
Skills and attributes for success
Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
A strong interest in project management within a consulting or client-side environment, with a strong desire to grow and develop within a dynamic team. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a property-related field, such as Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management. An eagerness to learn and expand project management skills, particularly in a collaborative team setting. Analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Flexibility and adaptability to engage with a variety of projects, along with a proactive approach to supporting cross-team collaborations.
