Valuation, Modelling and Economics: we provide independent, objective and rigorous analysis to help clients make informed business and investment decisions, in transactions, funding capital expansion, and capital efficiency. Capital & Debt Advisory: we help clients plan, structure and secure financing for large-scale projects, as well as provide tactical and strategic advice for corporates, financial sponsors, and family businesses. Transaction diligence: we provide clear, objective insights that help clients make informed investment decisions, negotiate effectively and avoid surprises post transaction, by helping with their commercial and strategic priorities, assess financial risk, operations, synergies, and regulatory advice. Value Creation: as a unique world-class strategy practice, we help organisations solve their most critical business challenges by providing expert advice on long-term planning, growth initiatives and competitive positioning. Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy: we specialise in helping financially distressed or underperforming companies stabilize and restore profitability.

 

Skills and attributes for success

What we look for

Excellent academic background with a bachelor's degree from a top university in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Engineering/Management, or related fields with a strong quantitative focus. An MSc in a degree with a strong business and/or quantitative focus or an MBA would be considered a strong asset. Excellent written and verbal skills both in Greek and English Advanced knowledge in MS Office packages, in particular MS Excel and PowerPoint Strong numerical / analytical ability and a sound grasp of financial accounting Strong team participation, communication, and interpersonal skills, particularly in teams with diverse skills and backgrounds Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, critical thinking and project management skills Willingness to learn, proactivity and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas and work under tight deadlines Professionalism and consistency in approach to client work, internal business, and practice development Completed military obligations (where applicable)

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

Experience in a Big4 professional services firm, or a multinational firm An active ACCA/ACA/CFA certification (or in a final stage of completion) Familiarity with AI-based tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) Experience in data visualisation using packages, such as Spotfire and/or Power BI Solid negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally
