Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our IT team. This role is perfect for someone willing to gain hands-on experience in the IT field while supporting operations that keep our department running smoothly. You will play a role in various administrative tasks, ensuring that our IT processes are efficient and effective.
Your contribution to something big:
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including user-ID creation, hardware and software ordering and organization, and authorization management;Manage the exit workflow for departing employees, ensuring all IT assets are returned and access is revoked;Execute hardware purchases and manage the administrative aspects of IT service procurement;Maintain shared desks and IT equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition;Support with authorization management tasks, including documentation and compliance controls;Perform various support tasks as needed by the IT team to enhance overall productivity.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:
Interest in Information Technology in general;Good organizational skills and attention to detail;Basic understanding of IT hardware and software;Familiarity with user account management and authorization processes is a plus;Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Portuguese and English;Ability to work independently and as part of a team;Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other related software tools.Additional InformationDuration: 12 months
