A welcoming Extra Care service in Staffordshire is looking for a Service Manager to guide a dedicated team and help shape a supportive environment where residents can live independently with dignity and choice.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading the day-to-day running of care services with a focus on quality and compassionWorking closely with families, professionals, and residents to create personalised care plansSupporting and developing staff, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right timeMaking sure everything meets regulatory standards and reflects best practiceTaking part in the on-call rota and stepping in when emergency cover is needed

What We're Looking For

Experience in a supervisory or management role within care servicesNVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 5)Confident IT skills and a proactive approach to using digital systemsA genuine commitment to person-centred care and empowering others
