Work You’ll Do
Direct end-to-end data conversion for large-scale child welfare projects, ensuring data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance throughout migration cycles. Architect and implement advanced ETL frameworks and data architectures to support complex migration and integration requirements, optimizing workflows for performance and reliability. Build and manage high-performing teams of developers, data engineers, and business analysts, fostering a culture of mentorship, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Partner with stakeholders to define data requirements, migration strategies, and project milestones, aligning technical solutions with business objectives. Deliver successful data modernization projects on time and within budget, consistently exceeding quality standards and client expectations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical challenges, streamline data pipelines, and enhance operational efficiency. Engineer robust data solutions utilizing AWS cloud services, Databricks, MuleSoft, Salesforce, and Snowflake, enabling scalable and resilient architectures. Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, architecture, and cloud-based management, driving innovation and compliance across all initiatives.The Team

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree 10+ years of hands-on experience in data conversion, warehousing, integration, ETL, and data architecture for enterprise-scale projects. Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar data modernization projects. Experience working within child welfare or similar domains. Expertise in Databricks, MuleSoft, Salesforce, Talend, Informatica, PL/SQL, AWS, and Snowflake platforms. Advanced skills in data modeling and integration using Erwin and other leading tools. Proven leadership in migrating on-premises databases to cloud environments, achieving exceptional data quality and reliability. Strong track record of building and mentoring high-performing technical teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on driving alignment and delivering results.
