What We’re Looking For Matric 2–3 years of sales experience, ideally in mining, industrial, or related sectors. Strong knowledge of diesel engines and their applications in industries such as mining, construction, agriculture, or power generation. Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into customer-focused solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and achieve sales targets. Valid driver’s license (essential). Responsibilities
Grow sales of engines, parts, and field services by engaging directly with customers in mining and related industries. Visit customer sites regularly (minimum 8 visits per week) to develop strong relationships and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and convert them into successful sales. Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals in collaboration with internal teams. Act as the link between customers and service/technical teams, ensuring smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. Submit weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and market insights.
