What you'll do:Litter Picking.     Emptying of bins around the site as and when required.     Hand pulling weeds across the site to maintain grounds.     Dead head Rose bushes when flowered and out of season     Maintain a clean and tidy working environment.     Be aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures.     Support with Salt gritting during the winter period as and when required.     Ensure pathways and steps are free of leaves during the autumn season.     Water areas in and around HQ to help support the growth of new shrubs, grass etc.     Willing to undertake any training relevant to the role.     Support with accompanying onsite contractors.     Flexible to meet changing demands.  Participate in half yearly PDRs with your Supervisor to document your progress, identify areas for development, action plans and set objectives and expectations. (Half & Full year)     To have a full working knowledge of all areas which require daily site services support.     Able to manage time effectively.     Able to work without supervision, but as a part of a team.     Wear any items of personal protective equipment, as specified by the Supervisor.     Carry out any reasonable request by Management.

What you'll bring: Previous experience in a similar client facing role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key.Knowledge of health and safety and COSHH regulations     Good team working and sharing skills.     Ability to cope in a usually busy work environment and deal with potentially pressured situations in an effective, friendly and professional manner.     Ability to work on own initiative when required.     Be able to demonstrate both written and verbal communication skills. A keen attention to detail, with a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.     Understand the importance of Contract Retention.     Knowledge and awareness of the facilities/cleaning industry.     Comply with all company and statutory regulations.
