External Communications Coordinator, Latin America

Key Responsibilities: + Support and implement external communication strategies to the Latin American market. + Coordinate and manage media relations, including contents, press releases, media inquiries and interviews. + Coordinate and manage public relations agencies across main Latin America markets. + Monitor and analyze media coverage and communication effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. + Coordinate and manage LinkedIn executive profiles and institutional publications, ensuring alignment with platform best practices and business priorities. + Represent Latin America into global Social Media work groups, being a reference and a regional voice for best practices, metrics and guidance. + Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and industry partners. + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations or a related field. + Proven experience in external communications, preferably within the Latin American market. + Proven experience in LinkedIn management. + Strong understanding of media landscape and cultural nuances in Latin America. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus). + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
