Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies and plans that align with PepsiCo Egypt's objectives and target audiences. Create compelling written content, press releases, articles, and other materials in English and Arabic, ensuring accuracy, tone, and messaging consistency. Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, journalists, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance PepsiCo Egypt's visibility in the Egyptian media scene. Monitor media coverage and trends, identifying opportunities for proactive media engagement and providing timely analysis and recommendations to the communications team. Plan, coordinate, and execute press conferences, media briefings, and other events to promote PepsiCo Egypt's initiatives and key messages. Manage external agencies, including PR, digital, and event management agencies, on a daily basis. Provide guidance, monitor deliverables, and ensure alignment with PepsiCo Egypt's communication strategy. Support the communications team in coordinating and providing information for spokespersons, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with PepsiCo Egypt's communication strategy. Assist in managing social media channels, creating engaging and relevant content, monitoring online conversations, and responding to inquiries or comments in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, public affairs, and corporate communications, to ensure alignment and integration of messaging across various platforms. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of external communications and PR. 11. Track and measure the effectiveness of communications initiatives, providing regular reports and analysis to evaluate the impact and make recommendations for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the PR and external communications field. Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive communications strategies and plans. Excellent writing skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to adapt communication styles to diverse audiences. Strong event management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution of press conferences and media events. Deep understanding of the media landscape in Egypt, with established relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers. Demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content. Solid knowledge of public relations principles, practices, and techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficient in using digital communication tools and platforms. Familiarity with analytics and measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of communications initiatives.
