Total Number of Openings 1 **About the Role** The Branch of Chevron Munaigas Inc. currently has an open position for **Advisor, External & Media Relations.** We are looking for individuals who are passionate about external media relations, have excellent writing and editing skills, a flexible and approachable attitude with an ability to balance simultaneous projects and meet deadlines, have an eye for innovation and continuous process and personal improvement. **Key Job Responsibilities:** + Manages media and executive engagements in the region. + Acts as spokesperson for Chevron with local media, conducting media relations to support business goals and enhance reputation. + Provides strategic communication advice on key issues and advocacy campaigns. + Coaches executives for media/public speaking engagements and manages relationships with key media partners. **Requirements:** + Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in communications / media relations / journalism or related fields; + At least 5 years of external and internal communication experience; + High level of knowledge of diverse, multilingual and challenging communications and mass media environment in Kazakhstan; + Excellent knowledge of Kazakh, Russian and English languages; + Excellent communication skills, writing and editing capabilities and proofreading; + Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
